I have to say, this is my favorite car mod that I've bought. The stripes are easy to install, just peel the backing off and lay it down. I find that it's easier to cut the stripe in half and do two pieces...obviously you don't want to cut the thick part though -- I cut it right where the slit lines begin.Basically, you're getting the value for your money here. It's not a professional decal, it's not expensive, so don't expect too much. However, if you don't mind using discount products and rocking them for as long as possible, this is your product.I had very minimal issues with these stripes...the only big thing was an adhesion problem with some of the small lines. A few of the pieces wanted to peel themselves off, but only two or three of them. The rest of the decal sticks quite nicely. Do not wet the car or the sticker when you're applying it...just make sure the surface is clean! Also be aware, the stripes are more narrow than the displayed image. To cover a random possible concern: the decal will fit fine over dents. I have a T-bone dent in my driver's side door and I was still able to get the decal to sit evenly across the indentation. It will decrease the adhesion but it still works. I find that putting clear packing tape over loose pieces works to keep them stationary. One other thing, don't power-blast your car at the wash when you have these stripes. I use a self service car wash and made the mistake of aiming the water right at the decal. Of course, it lifted up and I had to tape it down. The better way to do it is to use power wash on the rest of the car and do a steady soft stream on the sticker.Best of luck to whoever buys these...pimp that ride!Came out great! A little difficult to install. What helped me out a little was taping it electrical tape, and cutting the plastic with scissors as I removed itGreat stripes !! Great value, placing stripes is Hard but this installation was not difficult !!it fell down a piece after a heavy rainOkayWhile the application was QUITE tedious, it led to no fault on product quality. First, we cut the two sides to separate, and cut off the front fender piece. Then we used a blow dryer to warm up the sticker and get it as flat as possible, as it came rolled up in the package. Smoothing out bubbles was a pain, but not impossible. We used a box cutter to sort of tidy up the stickers that crossed the door openings and the extra left over. No application solution or anything chemical wise, just a standard power wash and hand soap and dry. As far as product quality goes, it’s an easy 5 stars. It looks beyond amazing and I’ve had looks and questions about it for the last 3 days I’ve had it on. It is by no means an easy process, but with time and patience it works, and came out fantastic. Keeping an eye out for wear and tear, as color fade is the only thing I am afraid of. Looking good so far, no rain or weather yet. Will update as necessary. They look great once you get them on, but man is it some work. They arrived wrinkled and the clear top layer was badly bubbled. I heated them up with a hair dryer and then laid them out in the floor with books on top overnight. This helped a lot, but the top layer caused application problems, as the decal wrinkled due to the bubbles between it and the clear layer. It wasn't perfect, but it came out pretty good with a LOT of patience and hard work. The finished look is fantastic though.UPDATE: Have had on my car for four months and the vibrant red has faded to a terrible dusty orange. Very disappointed as all my other car accessories are bright red.I like that the price was cheap ($12). It does come a little wrinkled, and rolled up which is understandable due to shipping packaging size. You will have the best results by laying these out flat in the sun, or like I did just tape them down flat and use a heat gun to make them flat for ease of installation. I’ve been doing this for many years and it was not as easy as expected. If you are a novice I would recommend spending a little more money on a more quality vinyl, and the installation would probably go more smoothly.Overall for $12 I can’t complain, I mean it’s on my Chevy Spark so it’s not like I ruined an exotic, if anything it made the car slower!
