A French Flag with a pole flapping in wind. You can get it facing either left or right, so you can place it on either side of a vehicle and have it flap in the direction of the wind. --that is, assuming you most always drive forward and not in reverse, ha!
You can cut the pole to suit your length or you can omit the pole entirely because they come separately.
